ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
- Abstracts should be submitted via the web site by June 1, 2026.
- All accepted abstracts are expected to be presented in person at the SRU 2026 Annual Meeting. Presenting authors will be provided complimentary registration.
- Scientific Presentation abstracts should use the format below:
- Purpose
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Maximum abstract length: 400 words, not including title, authors, purpose, images, tables, graphics, and charts.
- Multiple abstracts on different topics may be submitted.
- Only 4 files can be submitted and are encouraged if relevant to the research. Files are to be submitted as separate files. Acceptable files to support the research are tables, charts, graphics, and images. Image file requirements are as follows:
- Minimum file resolution is 1000 x 1000 pixels
- Maximum file size is 10 megabytes.
