It is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to participate in the World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy), which will take place in 2027 in Budapest, Hungary. This will be a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together once again for a truly unique scientific event.

Hungary has long been a meeting point in the heart of Europe, shaped by a rich history and diverse cultural influences. Budapest, our capital, is one of Europe’s most vibrant cities, known for its architectural beauty, dynamic cultural life and renowned thermal baths. With its well-developed infrastructure and strong academic environment, it provides an outstanding setting for international scientific meetings.

CONy has a long-standing tradition and a wide and loyal following among neurologists worldwide. The congress offers a unique platform to meet leading experts, engage in open discussions on controversial topics, and exchange insights from daily clinical practice.

Hungary also holds a distinguished place in the history of neurology and neuroscience. The Hungarian Neurological Society reflects our commitment to advancing research, education and international collaboration (e.g. European Academy of Neurology Conference, Budapest in 2023).
