The decisions made by the Conference Organising Committee are final. You will receive feedback or revisions required by the reviewers by 28th June 2025.
What Needs to be Included in the Abstract?
- Presenting Author Name
- Presenting Author’s Email – note that this email MUST be the same as the one used to register for the conference.
- Poster Title – the posters will be searchable via the titles; make sure that your title contains relevant key words to maximise exposure.
- List of Additional Authors and their email addresses.
- Align Your Research – you will need to align your research to one of the APS Focus Groups; the full list of Focus Groups can be found here. If your work does not align to any of the Focus Groups please select the box “other” and provide 3 keywords to help us identify reviewers for your work.
Submission Format – abstracts must be submitted as a Word file and must not exceed 10MB.
Please ensure you name the file using your surname (surname.pdf).
If you are submitting multiple abstracts please use your surname and a number (Surname1.pdf; Surname2.pdf).
