2020年第44届世界院长大会(IHF-WHC 2020)将于2020年11月2日至5日在西班牙 巴塞罗那举行，会议由国际医院联合会(IHF)与加泰罗尼亚医院联盟联合举办。

The World Hospital Congress of the International Hospital Federation (IHF) is a unique global forum that brings together leaders of national and international hospital and healthcare organizations to discuss key drivers of national and international policy, management, financial trends and solutions in healthcare management and service delivery. Through this forum multidisciplinary exchange of knowledge, expertise and experiences are facilitated, together with dialogue on best practices in leadership in hospital and healthcare management and delivery of services. The IHF World Hospital Congress is a one-stop shop for the healthcare professional seeking the opportunity and environment in which to engage in a 360-degree learning and knowledge-sharing experience among peers.

****Delegates can purchase tickets for spouses, partners and family members accompanying them to the Congress. This will give them access to the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, lunches, coffee breaks, exhibition and Welcome Reception but NOT the scientific sessions.

Congress registration includes

• Access to all scientific sessions and daytime catering on 3-5 November;
• Access to the exhibition;
• Attendance to the Welcome Reception on 2 November;
• Congress delegate packet and access to the event mobile app.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (WHC2020Registration@gruporic.com).
• Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 30 euros charged as administration fee.
• Between 89 to 30 days before the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution.
• From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event.
• Refunds will be made after the end of the congress.

Welcome Reception Cocktails

The Welcome Reception will take place at the Congress exhibition area at Palau de Congressos de Catalunya. The event will provide an excellent opportunity to network and meet fellow delegates while touring the exhibition. All participants are invited to join.

Social-cultural night at Palau de la Música Catalana

We invite you to join us at Palau de la Música Catalana for a special cultural evening.

Date and time: Tuesday, 3 November, at 9:00PM

Tickets: Not included in the registration fee and can be purchased for € 20. Proceeds will be donated to Fundació La Marató de TV3. The Fundació La Marató de TV3 was created in 1996 by the Catalan Audiovisual Media Corporation with the mission of fostering and promoting biomedical research of excellence, as well as raising social awareness about the diseases dealt with in the television programme La Marató de TV3, by means of campaigns involving the public and also through publicity and educational events.

After Work Social Dinner

The dinner offers the perfect opportunity to cap off the day, further connect with peers and share what you’ve learned from the previous sessions. It will also provide a taste of the vibrant local culture.

Hospital site visits

You can sign-up to join one of the site visits taking place afternoon of Thursday, 5 November. These are offered to Congress delegates for an additional cost of € 30 (part of the proceeds will be donated to charity). You can book your slot during registration. More information will be available soon.
