• Only registrations accompanied by full payment will be considered. Registration will be confirmed after we receive the payment. If you do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, please contact the registration secretariat at registration@wlnc.org
• The date of payment is crucial for determining the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or late deadline, it will not be considered as early or late registration if the payment is not received before the deadlines.

* To eligible for physician in training / resident / technologist / nurse rates, participants must provide documentary evidence of their status, such as a copy of their work ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead. Without these documents, regular fees will apply.
** The Industry Member registration type is only valid for company representatives from WLNC 2026 sponsor companies.
*** Participants of the WLNC 2026 will receive a discount of 20% to register to the ESNR 4-2. In case you have already registered for ECINR 4-2 Course, you will receive a discount of 20% to register for the WLNC 2026. Please write to registration@wlnc.org in order to receive your discount code.
