Abstract Formatting
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- The abstract title is limited to 30 words and must be submitted using the Title Case (e.g. IgA Vasculitis in Asia – capitalizing the first letter of each major word, while leaving short function words like “and,” “for,” and “the” in lowercase).
- The maximum abstract length is 500 words.
- Structure your abstract as follows: Aims/Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Adding references is optional and is excluded from the text limit. Please use the template available on the submission page.
- Up to 15 authors can be submitted for one abstract (including the presenting author). Each author can have more than one affiliation.
- A maximum of one picture / figure / table in JPG is allowed in the abstract text.
- Presenting authors who are under 40 years of age at the time of abstract submission are eligible for applying for the Best Abstract Award.
