The Scientific Committee of the 48th Annual International Congress of the EHS, to be held in Porto, Portugal, in June 2026, warmly invites all surgeons, researchers, and healthcare professionals involved in hernia and abdominal wall surgery to submit their work for presentation at the congress.
We encourage submissions that reflect the diversity and dynamism of our field, from clinical studies and basic science to innovation, education, and surgical videos. Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral communications, e-posters, or video presentations, and will be published in the official EHS 2026 Congress Abstract Book.
