This years' Abstract Submissions will opened on Monday 9th February and close on Sunday 10th May 2025 at 23:59. All abstract authors will be notified of the outcome of their submission in July 2025.

Abstract Format

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words, formatted in Microsoft Word, and single-spaced, using size 12 Calibri font.

It is recommended that abstracts are submitted in the following format for consistency.

• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion/Findings
• Implications (if applicable)
• Disclosure
