It is my great honor to welcome you to the 2026 APAGE Annual Congress, held in the beautiful Bali, Indonesia, from September 4–7, 2026.

APAGE continues to lead advancements in gynecologic innovation and research across our region and beyond. Landmark developments such as vNOTES and multicenter studies like MITOR have inspired physicians to explore new frontiers in patient care—reflecting the dedication and collaborative spirit of our members and partners.

Building on our strong tradition of hands-on education and international collaboration, the 2026 Congress will be a dynamic forum for exchanging knowledge, presenting the latest minimally and non-invasive gynecologic therapies, and sharing ideas that shape clinical practice. The program will include workshops, keynote lectures, and live surgery demonstrations, all focused on innovation and practical techniques. Moreover, the rise of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) is an inevitable trend shaping the future of medicine. We have devoted significant attention to these topics, organizing dedicated forums for in-depth discussion. In minimally invasive surgery (MIS), emerging areas such as HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound), Microwave, and Radiofrequency therapies will also be explored. In addition, the growing adoption of outpatient hysteroscopy will be featured as part of our comprehensive sessions.
