RULES FOR SUBMISSION

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. 
• The deadline for submission of abstracts is 1 April 2026.  Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.  Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster or presentation. Authors must indicate their preference.
  The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.
• Abstracts should clearly state: Background and aims, methods, results, conclusions
• Acceptance of abstracts is only possible after registration. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
• Authors will be informed if abstracts have been accepted with enough time to register.
• Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Congress publications.
• The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
• Abstracts must be submitted in English.

FORMATTING

• Abstract title – must be in upper case and limited to 25 words.  Please submit symbols as words. It should express the research essence (concise summary) and should convince the reader that the topic is important, relevant, and innovative.
• Abstract text – limited to 300 words including acknowledgements.  Please note: word count is affected when tables are included.
• Abstract topic – select the abstract topic per the list of topics
• Images – The maximum file size of each image is 500 KB.  The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 600 (w) x 800 (h) pixel.  You may upload images in JPG, GIF or PNG format
• Abstract should clearly state:

1. Background and Aims
   In two brief sentences, provide the rational for the investigation and/or the question to be answered, with or without short citation(s).
2. Methods
   The experimental conditions should be reported briefly.
3. Results
   The results should be stated in a maximum of three sentences.
4. Conclusions
   This is any conclusion(s) that can be drawn from the presentation. This final statement is crucial because it supports the scientific value submission.
   Use only standard abbreviations.  Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word, the first time it appears.

Note:
Please note that abstracts can only be considered after registration.  In case a submitted abstract is not accepted for presentation, the abstract presenter will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid less bank charges. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the notification of non-acceptance.
