2024年第28届欧洲医院药剂师协会(EAHP)年会将于2024年3月20-22日在法国波尔多举行。今年的EAHP大会主题是"Sustainable healthcare - Opportunities & Strategies"。EAHP大会是欧洲规模最大的医院药学大会，为与者会提供了一个最佳的交流和教育平台，同时也是与来自欧洲和世界各地的同行会面，分享经验和想法以及相互学习的机会，预计有超过4000名来自世界各地的医院药学专业人士前来参会。

The SC accepts two types of abstracts:

• Scientific abstracts and
• "Good Practice Initiatives" (GPIs). GPIs comprise hospital pharmacy practice or education initiatives, which may inspire colleagues internationally, but do not necessarily comply with the traditional abstract demands. Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to announce that the EAHP Congress will welcome you in Bordeaux, France, between 20-22nd March 2024. Hospital pharmacists from Europe and beyond will reconvene and join forces to further shape the future of our profession together - a future where new horizons, roles and competencies for hospital pharmacists will arise!

There is, however, a complex myriad of fine balances within our economic and ecologic systems that necessitate to approach our preparedness for the future from multiple perspectives. Professional readiness, up-to-date knowledge of the current proceedings of pharmacology, pharmaceutical care and supply chain management are by themselves a greatly multi-layered set of skills in our profession. A smart (re)positioning of our roles, on the other hand, not only involves a proactive sense of direction, but also implies hospital pharmacists will assume more roles and, consequently, more responsibilities as well.

To ensure that our future positions within healthcare teams are a sustainable one, professional societies, policy makers and relevant stakeholders shall act in cooperation so that pharmacy schools would have sufficiently qualified graduates in sufficient numbers. It is also our joint responsibility to measure, analyse and show decision-makers the real-life impact of hospital and clinical pharmacy interventions to healthcare outcomes and pharmacoeconomic metrics, thus enabling true, value-driven and evidence-informed policy making. The best possible treatment of our patients requires sustainability at all levels of healthcare systems. It is imperative to advocate for an ever-deepening collaboration with our colleagues serving in community pharmacies and non-hospital clinical settings in order to deliver seamless and high-quality pharmaceutical care. And last but not least, our endeavours for the future must be such that our beloved planet can sustain and support them.

These are the main messages and focus areas that we will present to you and discuss with you through our well-known format of keynote lectures, seminars, workshops, interactive sessions and symposia. We are very much looking forward to you all joining EAHP in Bordeaux and meanwhile, we will do our absolute best to prepare a venue and a professional atmosphere to enhance your experience of learning, networking and thinking together.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, the opening reception, the exhibition, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday as well as coffee/tea during official breaks.

* STUDENT RATE:

Only for undergraduate students of pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences under 35 years old. As proof of this, the participant must provide an official document signed and stamped by his/her university certifying that he/she is a full-time undergraduate student studying to complete a bachelor/master degree to become a pharmacist or a bachelor/master of pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences. The letter shall also include the month/year that the participant started your courses.

We require these documents be sent within 2 working days of the Registration being done. Alternatively, while the registered Student is waiting for said documents to be provided by their University, they are requested to send a photo of their current Student Card (Recto-Verso).

The application for a student fee is not valid until approved by the EAHP Secretariat. Before registering for the student fee, please check the requirements HERE.

Hospital residents are not entitled to the student rate and shall register under the Hospital Pharmacy Specialization Resident Student rate.

You have to be a student at the time of the Congress.

** RATE FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS:

The young professional rate applies to a person who finished within the past 2 years* his/her master of pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences education. As proof of this, the participant must provide a copy of his/her diploma signed and stamped by his/her university and indicating the month/year of graduation. The application for the young professional fee is not valid until approved by the EAHP Secretariat.

*within the past 2 years prior to the 28th EAHP Congress taking place. No later than 22 March 2022.

*** RATE FOR HOSPITAL PHARMACY SPECIALIZATION RESIDENT STUDENTS:

The hospital pharmacy resident students’ rate applies to a person who started his or her residency within the past two years and a person who is younger than 35 years. As proof of this, the participant must provide a copy of his/her certificate indicating the month/year of starting the hospital pharmacy residency programme. The application for the hospital pharmacy specialization resident students’ fee is not valid until approved by the EAHP Secretariat.
