Dear colleagues,

With great pleasure, I am extending this invitation to the WASOG 2023 conference that will take place June 19 - 21, 2023, at Aula Medica, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden.

The conference theme is “Big data - How to move the field towards precision medicine” in Interstitial Lung Diseases (ILDs), and it is a dedicated event where attendees will have the opportunity to learn the latest developments in the field and share aspects of their work by submitting a poster or oral presentation.

The 3-day scientific program offers a variety of plenary lectures and scientific sessions in different disciplines and the most significant new advances in the field. The program also covers topics that will interest many: Clinical, Translational, Genetics, Epidemiology, Basic Research, Clinical Treatment and Therapy, and more. Topics to be highlighted include:

• Clinical updates and treatment options
• New concepts on disease characterization, phenotypes, and socioeconomic determinants
• Big data, biobanks, and single-cell approaches
• Immunological approaches and methods
• Artificial intelligence applications toward Precision Medicine

During the three days conference, there will be rich activities, including symposiums, panel discussions, free communication, poster presentations, and an exhibition. Through these dynamic scientific and social events, attendees will have many opportunities to network and form potential collaborations with participants worldwide.

Our meeting will be an unmatched opportunity to reunite and reconnect in an exciting, diverse, and welcoming city. The official meeting language is English. Attendees will also have a chance to experience some of Stockholm’s best attractions and learn about Sweden’s captivating history.

Normal fee 10th April until 31 May, 2023
Late Fee from 1 June until Onsite

All fees includes:  the scientific program, all coffee breakes and lunches during the conference and are shown in SEK excluding VAT in the registration form. 

The prices may vary according to daily exchange rate. 

***Patients registering at this fee must upload proof of their status declaration by a doctor or proof of their membership in a Patient Association during the registration process. If no certificate is being uploaded, the registration process cannot be completed. Please note that you might not have access to industry-sponsored satellite symposia and exhibition areas.

A letter confirming your status from the patient organization must accompany the formal registration.
