- All non-member residents, fellows, and students must submit a letter from your training or fellowship Program Director certifying that you are a resident, fellow, or student in a training program. Please fax letters to (847) 375-6492 or email them to info@neuromodulation.org within one week of completing registration.
*This does not apply for attendees who have been pre-approved for one of the pre-meeting workshops.
- An attendee can bring ONE guest to the meeting. Guest registration is only for family and spouses and does not include access to sessions. Guests cannot earn CME credits, nor can they attend or register in advance for pre-meeting courses. A guest registration only includes entrance to the exhibit hall and opening reception on Thursday, January 12, 2023.
- Special rates available for active-duty military and physicians, scientists and healthcare providers employed by the Veterans Health Administration. Please call the NANS office at 847.375.4714 to register for the meeting.
