2023年全球脊柱大会(GSC2023)将于2023年5月31日至6月3日在捷克布拉格举行，会议由AOSpine主办。全球脊柱大会(GSC-Global Spine Congress)是AOSpine的年度会议，是全球首屈一指的国际脊柱外科学术会议，每届会议都会吸引来自世界各地的数千名脊柱外科医生和行业专业人士参会。GSC为与会者提供了一个交流思想、与脊柱专业人士建立联系，并了解脊柱外科领域最新的研究、技术和方法的平台。GSC将提供一个令人兴奋和独特的科学计划，包括三天的并行会议，涵盖广泛的脊柱相关主题。大会向所有外科医生、脊柱医生、相关专业人士和研究人员开放，预计有2000余名代表参会。

NOVEMBER 23, 2022：Notification of acceptance
Notifications of acceptance or rejection of the abstracts will be sent to the corresponding author (the presenter) of the abstract by this date at the latest.

DECEMBER 19, 2022： Registration & Early-Bird deadline
All abstract presenters will be asked to reconfirm their attendance after receiving the notification. If you don't reconfirm your abstract presentation, register and pay the registration fee before this date, your abstract will be cancelled.

Abstract Topics

Please take note of the following details:

• Abstract texts can only be uploaded as files with a .doc or .docx extension. (Max 1500Kb file size).
• You will not be able to write the text directly on-line. 
• The submitter is not automatically the first author. If the submitter is also an author, please add the name and affiliation in the correct position.
• Abstracts will be published as submitted by the corresponding author. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author. Be careful that you enter your name and surname in the appropriate fields. Authors' list will be published exactly as submitted. Be sure that names and order are correct.
• Submission of the abstract constitutes the authors' consent to publication (e.g. Global Spine Journal, abstract book on CD or USB, website, programs, other promotion, etc.). 
• The Abstract Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the sole owner or has the rights of all the information and content provided to the Global Spine Congress. The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
• The Abstract Submitter grants the Organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Content. 
• Abstracts can only be submitted in English.
• Please follow the on-line instructions to upload the file correctly.
• The print size will be 12 point.
• The abstract should not exceed 500 words. This does not include the title and author's details.
• The abstract body should be uploaded as a text-only file; title, authors and affiliations should be entered only in the proper fields.
• The following subdivisions of your abstract are MANDATORY: 

-  Introduction 

-  Materials and Methods 

-  Results 

-  Conclusion

• There are no restrictions on the number of abstracts you may submit
• One person may present a maximum of two (2) podium presentations at the Annual Meeting.
• There is no limit on the number of E-Posters presented at the Annual Meeting. 
• It is permitted to be a co-author of an unlimited number of abstracts.
• Figures and tables are not permitted

Cancellation and modification policy

• All individual and group modifications, and replacement requests must be officially submitted by email to the Registration Office OIC E-mail: registrationGSC2023@oic.it
• For cancellations received by February 2, 2023 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty
• For cancellations received by May 1, 2023 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty.
• No refund will be processed for cancellations received after May 1, 2023.
• An administrative fee of € 50 will be applicable for name changes. For the replacement of a delegate, written permission from the originally registered participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
• Anyone unable to attend the congress after paying, and/or unable to transfer the registration fee to another person, must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior the above cancellation deadline dates.
• If you are unable to attend the Congress because you were denied a Visa to enter the country, you will be granted a refund only if you submit a copy of your visa rejection letter. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fees above stated.
• Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters.
