Physicians Abstract submission fee (ONLY FOR PHYSICIANS)

• There is a 45 Euro nonrefundable submission fee per abstract submitted.
• Payment must be made by credit card: Visa or MasterCard; American Express is not accepted.
• Bank transfers and checks will not be accepted.
• The abstract submission fee does not include registration for the EBMT Annual Meeting. In order to attend the meeting all authors must register through the EBMT Registration page.
• Abstract submitters that do not complete the payment of the fee by the submission deadline will not have their abstract reviewed by the committee.
• FOR CLARIFICATION: NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED UNDER NURSES, PSYCHOLOGY, PHARMACOLOGY, DATA MANAGEMENT, STATISTICS AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT.

​I would like to formally invite and welcome you to the 49th Annual Meeting of the EBMT being held in Paris, France from 23-26 April 2023.

Over the last few years, the stem cell transplant and cellular therapy fields have made significant progress. We have seen the introduction of fascinating innovations and the whole treatment paradigm is changing at an accelerated pace. The best way to stay up to date on revolutionary science and research plus the latest advances in the field and to improve patient care is to attend the 49th Annual Meeting of the EBMT in 2023.

This is your opportunity not only to see cutting-edge scientific content related to transplantation and cellular therapy, but also to network with thousands of top healthcare professionals from all over the world.

I encourage you to fully explore the scientific programme and attend other superb parts of the meeting like the 17th Patient, Family and Donor Day and the Nurses Group, Data Management Group and Quality Management Group programmes. 

The Annual Meeting of the EBMT is an event for all. There are even special tracks dedicated to Cell Therapy, Paediatrics, Pharmacists, Psychologists, Transplant Coordinators, Lab Technicians and Trainees.

Please note that if you register from April 22 to April 26, your virtual platform credentials might take up to 12 to 24 hours to become active, and you will not have access to the platform until they are active. 

* Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) residence status will be requested and is required during the registration process.

** Proof of your status as a Postgraduate student or student status will be requested and is required during the registration process.

*** The Quality Management Day Card provides access to all the Quality Management programme activities on Tuesday, April 25, as well as the virtual Quality Management content. Please note that the Quality Management Meet the Expert sessions are only available to those attending in-person.

**** The Onsite Day Pass (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) provides in-person access to that day’s sessions. This registration does not include access to the virtual platform. This registration category is for individuals only, and one person can only purchase one Day Pass.

Full registration for the face-to-face meeting in Paris includes access to all onsite meeting sessions, as well as all virtual and on-demand content.
Full registration for the virtual meeting online includes access to all live-streamed meeting sessions being broadcast live from Paris, as well all on-demand content.

Registration for the face-to-face event in Paris includes:

Participation in scientific sessions and satellite symposiums, invitation to the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, access to the exhibition, e-Posters and onsite Poster Area viewing, congress bag, all congress printed material, and refreshments during coffee and lunch breaks, as per the official programme, as well as access to all recorded content online for two months after the meeting.

Registration for the virtual event includes:

Participation in scientific sessions and satellite symposiums during the live event days, access to the virtual exhibition, access to e-Posters, access to online networking opportunities, access to all recorded content for two months after the meeting live dates.

Cancellation Policy (for individual booking only)

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Cancellations received 4 months prior to arrival - full refund minus €50 handling and transaction fees.
• Cancellations received 2 months prior to arrival - 50% refundable minus transaction fees.
• Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival - non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed in May 2023 following the completion of the EBMT Annual Meeting.
