Cancellation Policy for 2023
Registration may be canceled with the following fees and penalties:
- All cancellations must be made in writing, via email, and sent to registration@childneurologysociety.org.
- Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2023, are eligible for a full refund, less the $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 1, 2023, are not eligible for a refund.
- In the event of cancellation of any portion, or the entire event, CNS does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including charges made for travel and lodging.
