Payment: A fee of $60 (payable online via credit card in U.S. dollars) is required for each submitted abstract to cover administrative costs. There will be no refunds and no exceptions made to this policy. Payment instructions are provided as part of the online abstract submission process. Abstracts can only be submitted AFTER the payment process has been completed.

Cancellation Policy Written notice of cancellation and requests for refunds must be sent to registration@gi.org by September 27, 2023. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Registration cancellations are not accepted by telephone. There will be a $50 administrative fee assessed for cancellation of any paid event. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. Registrations can be modified/changed at any time without penalty. This includes changing from in-person to virtual registration and vice versa.
*You must register for the Postgraduate Course in order to purchase the optional Bonus Luncheon Sessions package. In-person attendees will have on-demand access to all 24 bonus luncheon sessions through the ACG 2023 Conference Platform, and the ability to select one in-person luncheon to attend per day (Saturday and Sunday). Virtual attendees will have on-demand access to all 24 bonus luncheon sessions through the ACG 2023 Conference Platform. Annual Scientific Meeting Bonus Sessions will only be available as pre-recorded sessions on the ACG 2023 Conference Platform. There will be no in-person Annual Scientific Meeting Bonus Sessions offered in Vancouver.
**The ACG All-Access Pass will be offered as a virtual-only option for registrants who are unable to join us in-person in Vancouver. The All-Access Pass includes virtual access to the following courses: GI Pathophysiology Course, What's New in GI Pharmacology Course, Practice Management Summit, Postgraduate Course, Postgraduate Course Bonus Luncheon Sessions, Annual Scientific Meeting, and the Annual Scientific Meeting Bonus Sessions.
***The ACG All-Access Pass + ASGE will be offered as a virtual-only option for registrants who are unable to join us in-person in Vancouver and includes all courses offered in the ACG All-Access Pass with the addition of the ASGE Endoscopy Course.
