The Abstract Submission site will open on November 1, 2021.
The deadline for submission is set for January 18, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: Only one paper or poster may be read or presented by the same author at the Meeting, although a presenter may be a co-author of any number of papers. The material must not have been published prior to submission of the abstract or presented at any national meeting prior to the date of presentation at the SID Annual Meeting. Simultaneous submission of the same abstract to other meetings is prohibited.
There is a limit of 2,300 characters for the text of your abstract submission (title, authors, institutions, abstract body and all space will be counted).
PUBLICATION OF ABSTRACTS: All abstracts will be published in a Summer 2022 supplemental issue of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology (JID). The abstracts will also be available via links on the SID website approximately late April/early May 2022. Late-Breaking Abstracts will be published in a to be determined Fall 2022 issue of the JID.
ABSTRACT FEE/提交费: The publication/processing fee is $50 US and must be paid via the internet at the time of submission.
PRESENTATION: After the abstract submission deadline, all abstracts will be reviewed by the 2022 SID Committee on Scientific Programs, plus two independent reviewers for each topic category. Abstracts will be programmed into the following session types:
- Plenary (Oral) Abstract Sessions
- Concurrent (Oral) Mini-symposium Sessions
- ePoster Discussions (Oral)
- Poster Presentations
All abstracts (if accepted) will also be presented as posters.
