- Presenting authors of accepted abstracts will be notified within 13 March 2022 whether their abstract is accepted

Speakers whose abstracts have been accepted are eligible for a reduced registration fee of 350€! You must register for the Congress within 28 March 2022 otherwise your abstract will be exclusioned from the Scientific Program.

The reduced fees are only valid if paid within the deadline.
For Trainees, nurses and technicians (under 35) an official certificate is required in order to complete the registration.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
> Cancellations of the congress fee before March 29 2022: 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of 25€ will be charged for the service
> Cancellations of the congress fee after March 29 2022: partial refund of the payment will be made. The price of the Virtual Registration will be deducted from the refund and you will be able to access the virtual congress.
