IMSH 2022 General Session

General Session Registration includes:  Plenary sessions, accredited educational courses, program materials, exhibit hall access, coffee breaks and two lunches, access to 15 presentations in the IMSH Delivers Collection with additional courses available at $50 each.

Group Registration

Three or more individuals from an institution may register as a group. Groups may contain a mix of on-site and virtual registrations. SSH Accredited programs receive a 10% discount with five or more in a group, and non-accredited programs receive a 10% discount with ten or more in a group.

IMSH 2022 Delivers Virtual Only

**Virtual registration is available for purchase through January 19, 2022.  Content available through December 31, 2022.

Live stream of Opening and Closing Keynotes to be recorded and included in the virtual collection. Six live sessions live streamed from the meeting. These will be recorded for inclusion in the IMSH 2022 Delivers virtual collection. Your choice of 15 prerecorded sessions in the IMSH 2022 Delivers Collection. Additional courses from the IMSH 2022 Delivers Collection will be made available for an additional $50 each.

Certification Blueprint Review Courses (on-site only – not a virtual course)

$320.  Each Certification Blueprint Review Course is 8 hours in duration, and includes course materials, beverage breaks and lunch.  Attendees are NOT required to purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Certification Blueprint Review Course registration.  These courses will be held on Saturday, January 15 from 8AM to 5PM.

Preconference Courses

(on-site only – not a virtual course)

$320.  Each Preconference Course is 4 hours in duration and includes a beverage break and PDF of program materials (if applicable).  Attendees must purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Preconference Course registration.  Purchase of a one-day pass does NOT qualify attendees for Preconference Course registration.   These courses will be held on Saturday, January 15.

Immersive Courses

(on-site only – not a virtual course)

$320.  Each Immersive Course is 4 hours in duration and includes travel to and from the host site and PDF of program materials (if applicable).  Refreshments during Immersive Courses are not available.  Attendees must purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Immersive Course registration.  Purchase of a one-day pass does NOT qualify attendees for Immersive Course registration.  These courses will be held on Saturday, January 15.

One-Day Exhibit Hall Pass

Guest Pass

$250.  Guest Pass registration includes Plenary Sessions, Exhibit Hall, beverage breaks and lunches. Does NOT include access to General Session courses, Preconference and Immersive Courses, or Certification Readiness Review Courses. General Session registrants may only purchase one (1) guest pass. Guest passes may only be purchased by a General Session registrant.

President’s Diamond Ball

$75.President’s Diamond Ball, honoring 2021 and 2022 Fellows, 2020 and 2021 New & Renewed Accredited Sites, and individuals who have earned or renewed certifications in 2020 and 2021. The Diamond Ball will be held on Saturday, January 15 starting at 6:00 PM.  The evening will include dinner, dancing and drinks. All registered IMSH attendees  are invited and encouraged to attend. The Ball was sold out in 2020, so secure your tickets early!

NOTE: Attendees of the President’s Diamond Ball must first be registered for the General Session or as a Guest of a General Session registered attendee. Those registered with a One-day pass are not eligible to attend the ball.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (US) on 12/30/2021. $200 administrative fee is nonrefundable.  No refunds will be administered after 12/30/2021.  The cancellation policy is further defined on registration site in the terms and conditions.
