The BSH Annual Scientific Meeting provides a fantastic opportunity to showcase your research and share your expertise with colleagues and peers.
Abstracts are considered for oral, e-poster and poster presentation and are published in the British Journal of Haematology, a highly acclaimed journal devoted to the scientific and clinical aspects of haematology.
Abstracts are being accepted on the following topics:
- ALL, AML MDS & bone marrow failure
- Education & professional
- General Haematology including ITP & Myeloproliferative Disorders
- Laboratory Haematology and Transfusion
- Lymphoma, CLL
- Myeloma
- Red Cell Disorder
- Thrombosis and Haemostasis
- Transplantation, gene & cellular immunotherapies

*to qualify for the BSH concessionary rate you must be a trainee, nurse, scientist, fully retired member, student, researcher, or an academic. Following the completion of your registration the team will contact you for proof of employment within these roles.
Concessionary rates are available to BSH members only. BSH currently offer Associate members FREE membership; this is available for undergraduate and full-time post-graduate students, foundation doctors, core trainees, IM trainees, STP trainees, nurses, and allied health professionals up to and including Band 7.
** To qualify for the Medical Student rate, you must be in full time education at the time of the Annual Scientific Meeting.

Delegates unable to join us in Manchester can purchase registration for online participation. Key sessions will be broadcast live across the three days of the programme. Content from other sessions will be recorded and made available for on demand viewing

Pitfalls Day.
The renowned Pitfalls Day is making a comeback in Manchester for 2022. This will be taking place on Saturday 2nd April face to face. A full programme is currently being developed by the Education Committee and promises to deliver exciting and relevant content. You can book your Pitfalls Day registration or purchase as part of a package with ASM registration.
Pitfalls Day ONLY: Attendance to the Pitfalls Day on Saturday and lunch on the day of attendance.
