President's Reception Tickets
Categories marked with an (*) above receive (1) President's Reception Ticket. President's Reception tickets are not automatically included in Guest/Spouse, Office Staff/Technician, or Student registrations and must be purchased separately. You do not need to be a registrant to attend the President’s Reception, but you will need to purchase a ticket if not registered.
***Office Staff
If you are registering yourself as a Technician or Office Staff, you can do so online via the registration process. All office staff must register as attendees (not as Guest/Spouse). If you are registering multiple staff members, please email membership@aaid.com or call our office at (312) 335-1550 for assistance. On-site registration for the Team program will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacities.
The Thursday all-day Team program is included in your Office Staff/Tech registration. If you would like to attend one of the Team breakout tracks on Friday, you must add these sessions to your registration. There is a $100 fee to attend the Friday breakout tracks.
Guest/Spouse Registration
Guest/Spouse registration can be added to any registration category above during the registration process. CE is not available for this registration category.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing or sent by email to meetings@aaid.com and received on or before the dates listed below. No refunds will be offered after August 27, 2022.
On or before July 5, 2022: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
July 6 to August 26, 2022: 50% of registration fee
August 27, 2022, or later: No refunds issued
Please note: Any cancellation for in person registration can be transferred to a virtual registration with a refund of the difference between the in-person and virtual fee until August 26. On August 27, transfer to virtual may be requested without refund.
