The fellow in training fee is only applicable for master and PhD students as well as for residents in training. A certificate from the supervisor or head of department must be forwarded together with the registration. Registrants need to be under the age of 40 at the time of the congress.

Cancellation of congress attendance must be made in writing touegweek.registration@mondial-congress.com.
Provided you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this registration within 14 days without giving any reason by law. Further, UEG offers you the right to cancel at your discretion your attendance at UEG Week Virtual 2021 at the latest by Monday, September 20, 2021, and/or your attendance at PGT at the latest by Friday, October 8. In case of a voluntary cancellation at the latest by the dates referred to in the preceding sentence, UEG will refund the full registration fee; no refund will be granted if the registration is cancelled at a date later than the dates set forth in the preceding sentence. Any cancellation shall be made in an email to uegweek.registration@mondial-congress.com.
In the event of total or partial cancellation of UEG Week Virtual 2021 and/or PGT due to Force Majeure like fire, strike, natural disaster, pandemic, communicable disease, government regulations or causes which would prevent its scheduled opening or continuance, the contractual relationship between UEG and the attendee will be terminated immediately. UEG shall not have to refund any registration fee already paid.
Furthermore, no refunds will be granted in case of modification of the programme, cancellation of speakers or any other incident during UEG Week Virtual 2021 and/or during PGT.
