The Society for Neuroscience will hold Neuroscience 2021 as a fully virtual experience, eliminating all in-person options that had been planned for McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Neuroscience 2021 will take place online November 8-11, 2021, with Preview Days taking place November 3-7, which allow attendees to preview posters as well as full symposia and minisymposia talks prior to the official meeting dates.

Abstract submission will open on Tuesday, July 6. Submit and finalize your abstract by Thursday, July 15, 5 p.m. EDT, including payment of the nonrefundable $145 submission fee（提交费）.
NEW IN 2021 - Neuroscience 2021 will feature reimagined virtual posters. Each virtual poster presentation will include a live, interactive 60-minute group discussion with 7-10 authors in an assigned session during the virtual experience in November. All virtual poster presenters will be asked to include a PDF slide deck and also record a five-minute video or audio presentation for their virtual poster.
提交资格：Remember, emeritus, regular, postdoc, or student (graduate or undergraduate) SfN membership is required for abstract submission. Affiliate and institutional members are not eligible to submit abstracts. Make sure your membership is up-to-date prior to submitting.
SfN members are each allowed to submit one scientific abstract and one Theme J (History, Education, and Society) abstract.

Neuroscience 2021 will feature innovative poster presentations with live discussion along with opportunities for learning, collaboration, and more. Join us online November 8–11 and in Chicago November 13–16, 2021 for Neuroscience 2021.
All Neuroscience 2021 attendees will have access to both the in-person and virtual experiences for a single registration fee, including preview days, live poster discussions, and exhibits.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
- Due to the hybrid nature of the annual meeting and the on-demand access that will be available to registrants, there will be no refunds for registration cancellations. All session content will be available until November 30.
- Guests are not issued refunds.
