Dear Colleagues,
It is with great excitement that we announce that ICCN2021 will be presented as a virtual conference! This decision was made to provide much broader global access to the conference content in this time of uncertainty and travel and funding restrictions.
The new dates for this 4-day virtual event are February 2-5, 2021. Each day, live stream programming will include plenary sessions, award lectures, instructional presentations and industry supported symposia. In addition, participants will have access to a virtual library of more than 200 on-demand oral presentations and electronic posters. The conference will include an exhibit hall, opportunities to interact with other participants and continuing education hours. All recorded presentations will be available for an entire year following the conference. Program details will be available on this website in the coming weeks.
What is the status of ICCN 2020 Conference and Exhibition, London?
ICCN 2020 has been renamed ICCN2021 and will be presented as a virtual conference. ICCN2021 will be presented from Tuesday, February 2, 2021 through Friday, February 5, 2021. Sessions will start at different times each day to allow the live presentations to be accessed by a wider global audience.
Why has ICCN 2021 changed to a virtual conference?
The ISNCC Board of Directors put the health and welfare of participants and the local host community at the forefront of its decision making. The increasing risk assessment regarding the spread of COVID-19 and the travel restrictions that are changing daily led us to take this decision. We are also aware that domestic and international restrictions are likely to impact many of our colleagues’ ability to participate.
What are the Conference Theme and Objectives for ICCN2021?
Conference Theme: Innovation and Inspiration: Celebrating the Global Impact of Oncology Nurses
Conference Objectives:
- Discuss the challenges and innovations facing oncology nurses across diverse culture.
- Showcase evidence that demonstrates the impact of cancer nursing on cancer control worldwide.
- Provide a forum for broad debate about innovative nursing education, practice, research, and policy impacting cancer patients' and survivors' quality of life.
- Enable nurses to identify the impact of their own practices on the global burden of cancer.
What will the ICCN2021 format look like?

What is the ICCN2021 Conference library?
All accepted abstract presenters (oral, rapid fire and poster) will have the option to record their presentations for inclusion in the virtual conference library. All live presentations will be recorded, and all recorded presentations will be available for an entire year following the conference. Details for recording presentations will be provided for those who accept the invitation to present.

Registration Rates
Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full.
Student Registration
The student must show proof through a letter from the Dean or Head of Programme confirming that the student is registered at the respective university/school/programme and pursuing a degree at the time of registration.
Registration Includes
Access to all Scientific Sessions and the ICCN 2021 Virtual Library for the duration of 1 year.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICCN 2021 Conference Secretariat's address by Tuesday 5 January 2021 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less an administration fee of USD 150. Cancellations received after Tuesday 5 January 2021 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another delegate is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration via the confirmation e-mail and replacing with the new delegate at any time prior to the online registration deadline. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at Conference.
