The official abstract submission will open on January 1, 2021 and will close on March 1, 2021 (23:59 CET)/提交截止.

Please note that the submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to present the abstract (if accepted) orally or as a poster in the session and the time assigned by the Scientific Program Committee (SPC). We, therefore, recommend that submitter of an abstract registers for the Congress simultaneously with the abstract submission.

The abstracts submitted via the regular submission process will be reviewed and allocated by the international panel of reviewers and the SPC. The authors will be informed about the allocation latest by April 23, 2021.

Late-breaking abstract submission

The official late-breaking abstract submission will be open from May 7-12, 2021 (23:59 CEST).

The EHA late-breaking abstracts policy allows for the submission of abstracts containing clinical or non-clinical data which were unavailable at the time of the abstract submission deadline (March 1, 2021). For clinical trials, a preplanned analysis of the primary endpoint should have been scheduled after this date. 

Please note that due to the late scheduling of the procedure the selected late-breaking abstracts will be made available in the online version of the Abstract Book (supplement of HemaSphere, the official EHA Journal), the EHA Library (previously known as EHA Learning Center,) the mobile app and via the program on the EHA website.

Abstract authors will be informed about the results of the review by May 26, 2021.

The registration fees include 21% Dutch VAT.

* EHA members who have paid their 2021 membership fee before May 24, 2021.
** Participants up to 36 years of age (born in 1984 or after).
